What is Banh Xeo you asked? Well, Banh Xeo is a traditional Vietnamese style crispy crepes made with rice flour, water or beer, and turmeric powder. But that’s not all! You get to stuff it with pork, shrimps, (some people like to put squid), onions, and last but not least, bean sprouts!
